We are The Spanish Effect and our passion is football.

As a newly established company, The Spanish Effect aims to use the years of experience we have in the fields of football coaching and education, as a tool to connect different countries, cultures and languages, through the universal values that football offers us.

We believe that different methodologies and teaching styles benefit players greatly, and collaborating with clubs of different levels can open doors to brand new opportunities.

A sports camp can be one of the most rewarding, unforgettable events in a young person’s life and here at The Spanish Effect we believe that good football camp experiences have a valuable role to play in youth development. We aim to create a positive learning environment for everyone, allowing a space for players to develop social skills and build new friendships, as well as a space to express themselves, learn and grow to be the best player and person they can be.

Our founder Miguel Mateo is a UEFA Pro coach with 15 years of experience coaching youth teams, and is proudly working at RCD Espanyol de Barcelona.
